From the moment I read the description, I knew I had to try this cocktail. I love spice, tequila, and lime. To be honest, I didn’t taste the agave and I didn’t feel like this drink was sweet. It was refreshing, a bit tart, and had a little kick.
My husband ordered this as a starter for himself. It’s not gluten free and I didn’t want to ask for a substitute because I wanted him to give me the true to taste description. We’re really into heirloom tomato salads, and he’s never had an Asian heirloom tomato salad. He said this was creative and the perfect starter because it’s light.
Again, not gluten free. My curry loving husband ordered this for his entree. It has spices, but it’s not overwhelming. He loved that they added Brussels sprouts, which he said was a great ying and yang with the curry chicken.
This is not gluten free, but I asked my waitress to ask the chef if he could make me a gluten free ponzu sauce for my seared ahi. She got the green light from the back and I was thrilled! I feel like this is the perfect summer entree. It’s light, but you feel satisfied, and the best part? It’s an explosion of flavor!
