Christmas Scents: Glade® Winter Collection

They say one’s sense of smell can trigger memories much more than sight
or sound. Smelling a certain aroma can bring back a flood of memories,
influence your mood, and also affect your work performance. My favorite Christmas scents usually have vanilla notes. I love vanilla scented fragrances all year long, but I tend to think of all the delicious
baked goods at Christmas, Noche Buena, and Hanukkah parties!

were Sparkling Spruce™, Apple Cinnamon Cheer™, Frosted Cookie Party™, and
Gingerbread Jingle™. Honestly, they all smelled wonderful and festive, but
Frosted Cookie Party™ was my absolute favorite, and I had to buy the wax melts,
candle, air freshener, and plugins[MK1] in that scent!

Filipino, and Jewish holiday recipes with you guys.

cup of heavy cream

the cake. The toothpick should come out clean. I had to bake my cake for an
extra 10 min than what was suggested on the box, but every oven is different 🙂

personally like to keep it in the fridge overnight. Before you serve, ice the
cake with whipped cream and add maraschino cherries.

hot syrup into a 9 inch round glass baking dish, turning the dish to evenly
coat the bottom and sides. Set aside.
Beat in condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla until smooth. Pour egg
mixture into baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil.

c. white rice, uncooked
1/2 cinnamon stick
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
Cinnamon for garnish
Put rice, cinnamon stick, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a quick boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer until water is absorbed (15 minutes).
Add milk. Cook uncovered until milk works into rice (10 to 15 minutes).
Remove from heat, take out cinnamon stick and cover. Let sit for a few minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve hot or cold.
14 ounces flaked coconut
2/3 cup of sugar
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
