You ever have a long night, wake up the day of your photo shoot and decide to chop off your hair that’s down to your booty? Anyone?
I needed a change. There’s a lot of great things happening in my life right now. I’m approaching the big 3-0 and I’m having the time of my life with work.
If it came out awful, I wasn’t too worried because I know a recipe to promote hair growth!
Forward to 7 weeks later and look at how much my hair has grown. My hair is currently in the awkward stage and already needs to get cut. You best bet I’m sticking with the short hairdo.
The key to hair growth is a clean diet, plain and simple. I know that buying fresh veggies and fruit can burn a hole in your pocket, but I think I can help you guys out.
Save-A-Lot approached me to check out their store a few weeks ago. I didn’t know they had a location in my area because it was off the main road.
When I got there, I was impressed with the produce selection.
but the prices were even better.
Seriously, it just makes sense to purchase produce here because it’s so affordable.
They even have aloe leafs, not just the basics!
Did you know the beets help promote hair growth? Beets contain carbohydrates, protein, calcium, phosphorus, protein, vitamin B, and vitamin C, all of which promote healthy blood circulation in the scalp which means healthy hair growth. Did I mention your skin will benefit from all of this goodness?!
My recipe to promote healthy hair growth:
A handful of kale
1 cup of spinach
When I was browsing, I noticed they had a beauty section and had to try out these Sauve products. I love switching up my shampoos because I swear that my hair gets used to product. What I liked about these Suave products is that they smelled delicious, cleaned my hair, didn’t leave residue and they were a bargain. I also liked the fact that the dandruff shampoo worked well and didn’t smell medicinal.
Suave Max Hold Hair Spray
Suave 2 in 1 Anti-Dandruff Shampoo (Ocean Minerals and Aloe Vera)
Sauve Juicy Green Apple Shampoo and conditioner.
