Sure, I love my Miami Dolphins and screaming at the TV like a psycho,
but what I like best is hanging out with friends and eating game day food.
Since I live in Central FL now, I seem to attract other South FL sports
fanatics. If I see anyone with a Fins shirt, I have to say something. A
personal fave is when I race up to someone with a UM decal and throw up the U. Their
smile and excitement makes my day! My place is a safe house for South Floridians..
it is to have fresh herbs in my reach. I swear, the freshness, mixed with spicy
and savory ingredients can take any dish to another level.
game day foods. I find them a bit bland. But I always add my own twist and try
to make them gourmet.

Just a rule of thumb when it comes to cooking with heat:
add a little and taste as you go. You can always add, so start off with a tablespoon or two. Everyone I know, included myself LOVES heat, so my food is a bit on the spicy side.

medium-high heat, stirring until turkey crumbles and is no longer pink; drain. Add remaining ingredients, simmer for
4 hours. Easy.

fire up the grill and place sweet Italian sausages on that bad boy. I also like
to grill the bread. It’s just a nice touch and people seem to go crazy for it.

with this sauce a while ago and have been hooked ever since. I don’t find the
heat offensive because it’s super flavorful with a nice balance. Their Black
label sauce is pretty delicious with a nice smoky kick!
