I truly enjoy water. It isn’t a mission for me to chug a bunch of bottles through out the day. My problem is that I never knew exactly how much water I drank in a day. Another huge issue? I’m wasteful. Everyone knows it’s better to fill up your own water bottles, but I rarely did it. At least I always recycle, right?!
The importance of staying hydrated:
Water speeds up your metabolism, especially if it’s cold.
Drinking water prevents cramps
When you get enough water, your heart doesn’t have to work as hard to pump blood through out your body.
Drinking water helps keep stress levels down.
It improves circulation and blood flow, as well as flushing out toxins.
It’s good for you, duhhhhh!
First of all, it’s convenient and you know I’m all about convenience. I’ve been taking it everywhere with me. It fits in my work bag, as well as the cup holder in my car.
This 24 oz bottle with a smart lid is pretty cool. Here are some neat features:

I mean, how great is that? When I first got it, I didn’t think I’d like it as much as I do, to be honest. It kind of feels like a game now. I like knowing that I for sure drank my gallon a day!
Duke also endorses the Thermos Connected Hydration bottle with Smart Lid. Mama didn’t raise no fool!
Thermos Connected Hydration bottle with Smart Lid will make an awesome gift this year. Do you know anyone who’s into working out? Looking to increase their water intake? Or someone who is “green”? Totally for them!
You can connect with Thermos. They’ve got a bunch more fun products that I’m eyeing.
