I have some pretty exciting news. Do you all remember my Summer Hair Tutorial with the Hair Cuttery ? Well, I am their new ambassador! I’m thrilled to work with them and share some awesome lifestyle tips with you all. We’ve collaborated and decided to talk about everything from beauty, home decor, food and fashion. We have really great campaigns coming up this new year!
I absolutely love the holiday season. In my family, we celebrate Christmas, Noche Buena and even Hanukkah. As I look back on my childhood, I want to thank every single adult who was part of this wonderful time of year and made my Christmas magical. As much as I enjoy the holidays, I’ve found decorating to be a bit of a hassle. How awful is that? But when I chat with others, they’re in the same boat. It’s always my mission to find ways to make my life and my reader’s lives easier.
Some of my fondest Christmas memories have food involved. A great way to celebrate with friends is hosting a Holiday Happy Hour. I find this to be a bit easier than hosting a dinner. After work, pick up a couple pre-made appetizers and desserts. The only thing you really have to “stress” over are the cocktails.
Here is a delicious Caramel Egg Nog Martini. I’ve never been an Egg Nog fan, but I really like this drink, perhaps it’s the caramel flavor.

Throw in some gingerbread men and candy canes.
Most of my friends have little ones. My pantry is stocked with festive goodies just in case they come by Aunt Annie’s for a visit.
Cute packaging makes everything tastier. Don’t you agree?
Hot chocolate and extra marshmallows for the kiddos!
I also have an adult hot chocolate recipe: Naughty List Hot Chocolate
I wanted to add a bit of holiday cheer around the house. I’m not really into the idea of too much red and green. Simple, chic and a bit of a pop is my style.
I picked these pieces up at Target. I’m going to show you multiple ways to add them to your house.
Add some pop to your office.
FYI, this faux fur blanket is my new favorite. We’re basically best friends and nap together all the time.
Don’t forget to spread some cheer in your bedroom!
Simplicity, my friends. Your home doesn’t need to look like the North Pole.
Here’s a sneak peak of one of my holiday party outfits! 🙂 and my hair was blown out by The Hair Cuttery. I felt so pretty! Holiday Fashion/Beauty post will be up next week.
