Everyone knows I’m all about convenience. There’s absolutely no excuse to not choose this healthy option.
Can you guys believe we’re in the third week of the new year? Are you all sticking to your resolutions? Making progress with your fitness goals? My circle of friends have decided to get serious about their fitness goals. Even though I work out multiple times a week, I wanted in on the action. I was all about Yoga and running with my pup in 2015, but I finally gave in a joined a gym last week. This is great because I have multiple work out partners. We’ve decided that the group fitness activities will be the perfect way to get us into a routine.
So far, so good. The group workouts keep me motivated, but the best part are the instructors calling me and my friends out. We’re kind of lazy and our form isn’t the best.
