I personally don’t like a lot of scrubs on the market, same goes for those facial spin brushes. Many people love to exfoliate using these methods, but they don’t work for me. Maybe because my skin is sensitive and I never really got much out of it, except redness. But do whatever works for you!
Minutes after my first peel. You look a bit shiny, but you can see the discoloration and acne that I had.

So convenient. I throw it in there with my laptop and snacks on my flights.
The main ingredients are shea butter, coconut oil & licorice root complex. You apply a generously to lips and leave for 20 minutes before removing the product with a tissue.
What I like the most about this mask is that it’s 100% natural and vegan. There aren’t petrochemicals, parabens, synthetic fragrances, sulfates and colors. Use this mask when you feel like your lips need a little love or before you go out with matte lipsticks. It was a 20 minute miracle for me. I think everyone should have this in their makeup bag.
My suggestion is to speak to a couple of professionals that you trust. I’ve had one on ones with everyone from dermatologists to med spa estheticians. It’s a whole process, lots of trial and error. It took me this whole time to find THE cleanser for me and I haven’t turn back on it in the two years since discovering it. In this line of work, I get to try a lot of products. Some work, some don’t. Even the ones that work, I tend to forget about them, but always have Liz Earle Cleanse & Hot Polish on my mind.
I can’t be without this cleanser. I always have regular and travel size on hand!
If my skin decides to freak out, whether it’s hormones or stress, I will bust out with my Dermatologic Cosmetic Laboratory DCL B-Prox Wash . My favorite dermatologist in South FL got me hooked on this face wash. This is the only Benzoyl Peroxide based cleanser that works, yet doesn’t dry out my skin. I only use it when necessary, this is like gold to me.
Baby your skin, keep it moisturized, even if you tend to get oily like myself. You know what I found works for me? Good old aloe gel. I buy the cheap tubes from GNC. My dad has been using this since I was a kid. It doesn’t clog my pores, nor does it make me shiny. I usually wash my face in the morning, apply aloe gel, let that sink in for 5 minutes and then apply sunscreen. I’ve noticed gel moisturizers on the market lately. Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost is fantastic. This line is life saving for oily/acne prone people like myself.
Here are some of my after photos which were taken this month (no filter or touch ups)
Thank you When and PCA Skincare for sending me samples. As always, I promise to give my honest opinion.
