Marlow’s Tavern Lee Vista is officially open. A week before the grand opening, I got to stop by for lunch and meet the staff. I’m no stranger to Marlow’s. Their Winter Park location is one of my favorite happy hour spots because of it’s gorgeous solarium. When I’m in the Waterford area, I stop by because it’s in the heart of Waterford Lakes Town Center. Daydrinking and shopping is a sport around here. This brand new spot is in another favorable area, right next to Orlando International Airport (MCO). Every time I pick someone up or right after I land, we need to find a place to eat. Unfortunately, there isn’t a lot of consistent restaurants in the area, but Marlow’s has always been solid.
I’m just going to share some group favorites
WARM BRIE FONDUE
Melting Brie, Swiss, Mascarpone, Chardonnay and Warm Salty Pretzel Bread
GRILLED CHICKEN STACK
Grilled Prestige Farms Chicken, Squash “Carbonara,” Apple-Wood Smoked Bacon, Sautéed Spinach, Fines Herbs, Parmesan, Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce and Parslied Olive Oil
The stack is my go to when I’m famished but need to stay low carb. It’s so filling and delicious.
My favorite salad, the BLACK & BLUE STEAK.
Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Crisp Field Greens, Roma Tomato, Scallion, Slivered Red Onion with Creamy Gorgonzola Dressing.
This restaurant opens daily at 11:30 am to serve lunch.
