Those close to me know that I’m not crazy about wine, especially red wine. This fall season, many chefs have insisted on pairing red wines with the dishes they serve me and I actually enjoy it. It’s a miracle.
The Capital Grille invited my foodie squad to check out their Wagyu and Wine promotion which is going on from now until 11/20. You truly don’t want to miss out on this.
Wagyu is the most desired, in high demand kind of beef because of it’s high percentage of unsaturated fat and marbling. It’s simply amazing and Capital Grille gives you a chance to enjoy Wagyu and a pairing for $25.
We started off our fabulous dinner with Fresh Oysters and Mignonette Sauce. If you’re an oyster lover, you must order them at The Capital Grille.

Lobster Mac & Cheese
Ugh, need I say more? Huge chunks of lobster, they don’t skimp like a lot of places.
Tuna stacked over fresh avocado and served with spicy Sriracha.
So fresh with the right amount of spice.
Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing because we are on a diet. JK
This salad is perfect for the fall/winter season. Delicious and hearty!
Chef Jason O’Neill suggested the Wagyu Cheeseburger with Havarti, Fried Egg and Crisp Onions, we paired this burger with the Pinot Noir. There were hints of berries and figs, I couldn’t get enough of it!
