When I heard that Bonefish Grill remodeled some of their locations, I knew I had to check it out. My friends and I meet for happy hour and seafood a few times a month, so I had to scout out a potential HH spot.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly host. The bar area was beautiful, spacious with seats at the bar, high tops, along with booths.
Each booth and table has lit candles, it made the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Their waiting staff are called Anglers that deliver white coat service in their crisp white chef coats. Melissa guided me through the menu. It’s their mission to suggest the perfect wine, cocktail, let you know how the food is prepared and where Bonefish Grill sources their fresh fish from.
I started off with the Classic Ceviche.
A Peruvian-style ceviche, with hand-cut Chilean sea bass, bay scallops and sweet shrimp marinated in citrus, served with seasoned tortilla chips.
This appetizer was delicious. It has a bit of a kick from the garlic and jalapeño, which I love.
7.5 oz. hand-cut Alaskan Cod paired with lobster tail, finished with lemon caperbutter sauce and served with two fresh seasonal sides. My sides were crab fried rice and French green beans.
My dish was cooked to perfection. You can definitely taste the freshness in the seafood. I also liked how my crab fried rice had big pieces of crab. Everything was delicious!
