I hate to be a pessimist but if a company approached me to check out their food delivery program a couple years ago, I would have politely declined. But then life happened and I constantly find myself struggling to find healthy options.
Fitlife Foods was kind enough to send me meals for the week. Not only did I get to taste test, they also delivered the meals to my doorstep. How convenient is that?
If you’re in the Orlando, Tampa and South Florida areas, you may have noticed Fitlife locations through out the cities. For years, customers were able to go to the stores and pick up their meals for lunch, dinner or the whole week. They’ve recently launched their delivery program since they understand how most of us are limited on time.
The whole process is simple. Click here to go to the delivery page.
Enter delivery address. Choose your meal package. Select your meals. Choose delivery options.
Four easy steps!
Not only is it easy, but they want to cater to your needs. I absolutely love being able to customize my meals. On the website, there’s a filter if you need gluten-free, low carb, most popular, vegetarian or no seafood.
The meals arrive chilled, in that fabulous bag above, along with ice packs to keep them fresh. All you have to do is pop them in the microwave for two minutes and enjoy.
Turkey Gyro Bowl
I didn’t think I was going to like this one as much as I did. It reminded me of Thanksgiving but I didn’t end up bloated and lethargic like I do on the holiday! Seriously, loved!
I was big on meal prep years ago. If I have time, I still do it but trying out Fitlife completely changed my mind with premade meals. First of all, these are incredibly delicious and filling. Not only are they yummy but they are NOT packed with sodium like a lot of “healthy” meals on the market. The average caloric intake per meal was 380 calories. One of my meals was 510 calories but that was my cheat dish and it wasn’t even bad. It was the Chicken Protein Potato Skins, which had the most carbs out of everything I chose.
Another plus is the variety. When I meal prepped, it was the same meal for a week. Some of you get so bored and I completely understand. If you’re one of those people trying to lose weight but need variety, use the Fitlife program ASAP. In one week, I ate Asian, Greek, Thanksgiving and Latin meals! Game changer! Last but not least, I loved the quality and freshness. I was waiting for my last meals to get weird or smell strange, but everything was perfect.
I’m definitely going to use this program in my every day life. Have you tried it?
